Logan's Soccer Game

This was Logan's 2nd game today. (Last week I forgot my camera). But I have had several people asking for photos. It is a lot of fun watching them play their soccer games. So if your in town on a Saturday you need to come see this!! :) Enjoy!!

Logan's 1st day of Soccer Practice

I was so proud of Logan!! He did very well, (considering this was his 1st time ever and he wanted to play on the slide more than play soccer)....but he seemed to have a fun time. He did really well listening to his coach and would run the ball more than he was supposed to. I can't wait for his 1st game!! :)

Sorry I left the camera in the car so I didn't get any of his actual practice, but I grabbed the camera right before we left. And snapped a few pictures.

Then there is Stacie....she just wanted Aunt Laura and a bag of chips...

Game Day

Zac was given some free tickets at work (including parking)!! He is excited to go!! He picked Rodney to go with him on Saturday!! I hope they take lots of pictures!!

Little Warriors

Today Troy came over and he brought some of his toys. He wanted to 'dress up' Logan and Stacie. So they each had to have something on. They were supposed to be 'warriors', but they looked more like the village people, but it was their own imagination that made it so fun. They were hilarious fighting the bad guys, and Stacie was a princess, (even though she didn't look like one), she had to dress like the boys. Enjoy!!

This Past Week

As most of you know by now, I had a miscarriage this last weekend. It was 1 week ago tomorrow I found out. As part of my healing process...(according to this book I am reading)...I need to write/talk about what happened and how I feel. This has been one of the hardest weeks of my life. We had known we were pregnant for about 2 weeks and were not planning to announce until around week 10. But at 5 1/2 weeks we lost the baby. As far as we can tell my hCG levels were really low and the baby was not developing. I understand now that it was not my fault and I had no control over it. Physically I am almost there, but emotionally I am always on edge. But the most amazing thing is when I start to cry and feel like I can't stop, I can feel my heavenly father right there as if he were hugging me. I am so thankful for my wonderful husband who has supported me and helped me get through this. I am also thankful for the wonderful family and friends I have who have also been there for me. Thankyou again for all of your prayers for our family. It was felt.
