Labor Day Vacation in Morenci

Ah what a fun weekend!! We had so much fun at the river and visiting my parents. Logan and Stacie had a blast. We all had a bit too much sun but it was so worth it. The 1st photo is of Stacie, (yes she is sticking a fry up her nose), and Tyson while we were waiting at Mc Donalds in Globe. He slept the rest of the way to Morenci.

Day 2 my Mom and I went up to see Erin's new baby, Sydney, in the hospital. She is so adorable and so small. Of course Stacie was not happy that the baby was getting the attention and not her. But that was the least of our problems. My mom and I braved taking Stacie with us on our 2 hour drive up to Silver City, on of course 6 miles before Silver City, Stacie stuff a cheerio up her nose and kept saying "owie, owie". So we stoped at my moms work and had one of her doctors quickly look up her nose, and Stacie sneezed it out. All was well. :)

Unhappy Stacie

The next day we all got up and went down to the river to play in the water. It was perfect. We had a blast, (well most of us). My mom was carrying Logan across when she slipped and both of them went all the way in. Not once but twice in a row. My mom was ok, but Logan wasn't. He was so mad. We could never get him back into the water after that. But he did continue to throw some rocks in the water.

This photo was taken seconds before Logan and my Mom landed into the water!!

This photo was taken just after it happened!!
Poor Logan...

Stacie loved splashing in the water with Aunt Laura.

After a long day of play Logan and Stacie were so tired!! Logan got caught playing with daddy's Nintendo DS., but the funny thing was that he was actually really good for a 3 year old!!

I know most of you have been asking about the Rock Story. I will post that in a different blog when I have more time to 'try' to be creative. When we got back both of our kids crashed out for the rest of the night. We had so much fun with everyone, and we would love to do it again!!
